Terms of Service
Last Updated: 17 October, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the websites, online courses, coaching services, live events, products, social media pages, and YouTube channels of Aliki Hoidas, including alikihoidas.com, truthflow.com, Aliki Hoidas Academy and TruthFlow Courses (hosted on Thinkific). By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Who We Are
These services are provided by Aliki Hoidas, based in Greece.
Email: [email protected]
1.1 Eligibility
Our coaching services, courses and other services are intended for adults aged 18 or over. By purchasing or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
1.2 Service-Specific Agreements
Certain coaching engagements, programs, events or other services may be subject to a separate written agreement, proposal, booking terms or other service-specific terms. These form part of the agreement between you and Aliki Hoidas.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a service-specific agreement that you have accepted, the service-specific agreement will take precedence in relation to that service, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
2. Your Account
To access our online courses, you need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details confidential. Your account is personal and may only be used by you. Sharing your login with others is not permitted. You are responsible for activity under your account, and if you suspect unauthorized access, please contact us immediately. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
3. Online Courses
3.1 Immediate Access and Your Right of Withdrawal
If you purchase an online course as a consumer, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable consumer law.
Where applicable law permits the right of withdrawal to be lost once digital content is supplied, this will only occur where the legally required express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.
If those requirements have not been met, your statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected. For full details, please see our Refund Policy.
3.2 Course Access
Where a course is sold with “lifetime access,” this means ongoing access for as long as we continue to make and support that course, subject to applicable consumer rights.
We may update, reorganize, improve or modify course content for legal, technical, security, quality or operational reasons. We will not make changes that unlawfully remove or materially reduce rights attached to an existing purchase.
If a course or platform needs to be discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable and will provide any remedies required by applicable law.
3.3 Personal Use Only
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to access the course for your own use. You may not copy, record, download (except materials we provide for download), share, distribute, resell, or publish any part of the course. If these terms are breached, we may end your access without a refund and take further action where appropriate.
The course materials, meditations, videos, worksheets, and all other content are created by and remain the property of Aliki Hoidas and are protected by copyright law. Your purchase gives you a personal license to use them for your own growth and development: read them, print them, fill them in, save them to your phone or device, and return to them as often as you like. You may not copy, share, distribute, reproduce, or publish any part of the course in any form, or record any meditation, without prior written permission. Brief quotations in a genuine review are welcome.
4. Coaching Services
If you purchase coaching as a consumer and applicable consumer law gives you a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right, that right will apply. For example, where EU/EEA or UK consumer law applies, you may generally have 14 days from entering into the coaching agreement to withdraw or cancel.
If you expressly request that coaching begins during an applicable withdrawal or cancellation period and subsequently exercise that right, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the coaching services already provided, where permitted by applicable law.
Where coaching has been fully performed during that period at your express request and any acknowledgement required by law has been obtained, the statutory withdrawal or cancellation right may end once the service has been fully performed.
Where coaching is purchased by a company or for business or professional purposes, consumer-specific withdrawal rights generally do not apply unless applicable law provides otherwise. Any other cancellation or refund rights are set out in the applicable coaching agreement and our Refund Policy.
4.1 Company-Sponsored Coaching
Where coaching is arranged or paid for by an employer, company or other sponsor, the roles and responsibilities of the coach, client and sponsor will be agreed before coaching begins.
The content of individual coaching sessions will not be disclosed to the sponsor without the client’s permission, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law. Administrative information, such as attendance, scheduling, agreed objectives or other information specifically agreed between the parties, may be shared with the sponsor as set out in the applicable coaching agreement.
Any reporting, evaluation or feedback provided to a sponsor will be agreed in advance with the relevant parties.
4.2 Scheduling, Rescheduling and Package Validity
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice unless different terms have been agreed for a particular coaching package. A session missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as used.
Coaching packages are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase, which matches the length of the package. For example, a one-month package must be completed within one month, and a three-month package within three months, starting from the date of purchase or from a start date agreed in writing. Sessions not used within this period expire. Extensions may be granted only in exceptional circumstances and must be agreed in writing.
5. Live Events
We may host live events, online or in person, such as workshops, group sessions, webinars, or retreats. Each attendee must hold a valid ticket or registration.
Cancellations, postponements, and refunds for live events are handled as described in our Refund Policy. Specific events may have their own booking, cancellation, transfer and payment terms. Any event-specific terms will be provided before purchase and will form part of the agreement for that event.
Unless otherwise stated, registrations are personal and may not be transferred to another person without our approval.
6. Merchandise
Merchandise may be produced and shipped by third-party suppliers on our behalf. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Returns and faulty items are handled as described in our Refund Policy.
7. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown at checkout in the currency stated there. Payments may be made as one-time purchases or through payment plans, where offered, and are processed securely by our payment providers, such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not store your full payment card details.
Any applicable taxes, charges or other amounts payable by you will be shown before you complete your purchase.
If you purchase through a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments as scheduled. If a payment is missed, access to the course or service may be suspended until the payment is made. Where a payment plan is offered for a live event, the payment schedule and final payment date will be stated at the time of booking.
We may cancel or refuse an order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or misuse. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
8. Coupons, Promotions, and Gift Cards
From time to time, we may offer coupons, discounts, promotional offers or gift cards.
Coupons and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated when they are offered, including any eligibility requirements, expiry dates, product or service restrictions, and limits on use. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers and coupons may not be combined with other offers and have no cash value.
We may change or withdraw a promotion before it has been redeemed or before a purchase has been completed, provided this does not affect any rights already acquired by a customer or any rights that cannot be excluded by law.
If we offer gift cards, the value, validity period, eligible products or services and any other conditions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase. Any validity period will comply with applicable law. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Refunds, cancellations and statutory withdrawal rights relating to gift cards, coupons or promotional purchases are governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
9. Intellectual Property
All content in our courses, coaching materials, websites, videos, events, and products, including text, audio, video, images, logos, graphics, and methods, is owned or licensed by Aliki Hoidas and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
10. Your Content
If you share content through our services, such as comments, posts, or messages in course communities, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use it in connection with our services. We will not use your name or identifiable content in our marketing without your permission. You are responsible for making sure your content does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may remove content that breaches these Terms.
11. Respectful Use
When using our services or attending our events, you agree not to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation
- Use our services for fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes
- Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Interfere with the functionality or security of our services
- Resell, rent, or sublicense any part of our services without permission
- Promote or sell your own products or services, or distribute promotional materials, in our sessions, events, groups, or online spaces without prior approval
We may remove a participant from a coaching session, course community, group, event or other service if they seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms or disrupt the experience, safety or rights of others. Where appropriate and to the extent permitted by law, removal for such a breach may be without refund. Nothing in this provision affects any mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Meditations: Safety and Medical Disclaimer
The guided meditations included in our courses and content are provided for general educational and wellbeing purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition, and they are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Aliki Hoidas is not a licensed medical or mental health provider. Accessing our content does not create a therapeutic or clinical relationship of any kind.
If you have a medical or psychological condition, are currently receiving treatment from a doctor or therapist, or are taking prescribed medication, please consult your healthcare provider before engaging with the meditations. Do not discontinue or alter any medication or treatment without consulting a qualified professional.
We particularly recommend consulting a doctor before participating if you have any of the following conditions: epilepsy, bipolar disorder, psychosis, severe or unmanaged PTSD, or unmanaged high or low blood pressure.
If at any point during a meditation you feel distressed, overwhelmed, or physically uncomfortable, stop immediately.
Do not listen to the meditations while driving or operating heavy machinery.
By accessing and using our courses and content, you confirm that you do so voluntarily and at your own risk, and you release Aliki Hoidas from any and all claims arising from your participation.
13. Recordings, Photos, and Testimonials
We do not record coaching sessions.
Other live sessions and events may be recorded, and photos or video may be taken at in-person events. Participants will be told in advance when this is the case. We will not use recordings, photos or video in which you can be identified for promotional purposes without your permission.
From time to time, we may invite clients to provide a written, audio or video testimonial about their experience. Providing a testimonial is entirely voluntary.
We will only record, publish or use a testimonial, including a client’s name, image, voice or other identifying information, with the client’s permission.
Participants may not record, photograph or distribute coaching sessions, course content, group sessions or other protected content without our written permission.
14. The Nature of Coaching
Coaching is a professional development service. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. If you have concerns about your health or wellbeing, please consult a qualified professional.
Participation in our coaching, courses, and events is voluntary, and you remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.
15. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from our coaching, courses, events, or products. While our work is designed to support clearer thinking and more effective leadership, results depend on your own participation, choices, and circumstances, as well as factors beyond our control. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not promises of future results.
16. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. For courses hosted on Thinkific, Thinkific’s privacy policy also applies to data processed on its platform.
17. Electronic Communications
By using our services, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically, for example by email, including about your account, purchases, and legally required notices. Where permitted by applicable law, electronic communications may satisfy requirements that information be provided in writing or on a durable medium.
18. External Links
Our websites and courses may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
19. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, or major technical outages. In such cases, we will take reasonable steps to reschedule affected sessions, events or services, or provide any refund, credit or other remedy required by our Refund Policy or applicable law. For live events, the options available to you are described in our Refund Policy.
20. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that applicable law requires us to retain.
Our websites and online services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take reasonable steps to maintain their accuracy and availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was entered into.
If you are purchasing for business or professional purposes, our total liability arising from the service concerned will, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the amount paid for that service.
Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers.
If you breach these Terms or use our services unlawfully, you are responsible for any claims, losses, or costs this causes us, to the extent permitted by law.
21. Changes to These Terms and Our Services
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. If we make significant changes, we will let you know. Changes do not affect purchases you have already made. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of our websites or services, subject to existing contractual rights and applicable law.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Greek law. If you are a consumer, you also keep any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under applicable law. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
Our services are offered from Greece. If you access them from elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with your local laws.
23. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force to the extent permitted by law.
If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion, this does not mean that we waive our right to enforce it later.
